This high-quality stainless steel kettle has a 4mm tri-clad bottom and is induction burner capable. It features graduated markings from 1 to 7 gallons and two welded ports. The top port is 6″ from the bottom and is used for a thermometer, and the bottom port is 1.5″ from the bottom and used for a ball valve.
