Special Orders
Items not kept in stock on a regular basis (kegerators, certain specialty grains, equipment and ingredients not listed on our website) are considered special orders. We are more than happy to source such items for our customers, but we are not able to apply our in-store discounts to these orders.

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns should be shipped to:

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund. These items are noted on the item’s page on our website. Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash.

Please contact us before attempting to return liquid yeast.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or reference to your order number.

Please do not send any purchases back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, a refund of the actual purchase price (including tax, but excluding shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days of the notification email.

Late or missing refunds
If the refund does not appear on your statement within 10 days, first contact laura@kettletokegtx.com to verify we have processed your refund.

Second, contact the issuer of the account to which the credit is being applied. Some credit card companies and banks are slower than others and may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account.

Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at laura@kettletokegtx.com, repackage the item, and ship it to:

To return your product, you should ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Due to the nature of shipping, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
