Our American Pilsner (Pre-Prohibition) isn't the mass-marketed Pilsner you see in stores today. This is your grandfather's pilsner! It's higher in maltiness and hoppiness than todays Pilsners. It's a clean, moderately hoppy lager, often with a substantial corn-like character.
