A new American high alpha hop, Calypso™ is also heavily used for its soft aromatics. You’ll get a pleasant fruity aroma of apple, pear, and citrus that adds a crisp flavor and some tropical flavor to Pale Ales, IPAs, and Stouts. Calypso™ is a  trademark owned by  S. S. Steiner, Inc.
