Description
This seasonal release autumn ale is the perfect companion to the changing seasons – from harvest to the holidays! The recipe starts with 6.6 lbs Amber LME, partnered with Cara Brown, Chocolate Barley, Coffee, Biscuit steeping grains. To spice things up we added cinnamon, allspice and a hint of ginger. Willamette hops provide a mild balance in bitterness and this ale is fermented with premium yeast.
