Description
Also known as CaraMunich malt, this malt has flavors reminiscent of traditional kiln made Caramels. It has a unique combination of bready, toasty, and biscuit flavors, mixed with sweet caramel notes. It is frequently used in IPA, Pale Ale, Oktoberfest, and Porters.
