Saniclean is the low-foam version of Star San which is made by the same company. Saniclean sanitizes your equipment with low foam. It is also known as a flavor and odor remover which is excellent for acid rinsing your dispensing equipment. With a contact time of 2-3 minutes it is not as fast as Star San, but works equally well. Particularly well suited for recirculation through pumps and transfer hoses.
Use: 2oz per 5 gallons of water for 2 – 3 minutes of contact time
Characteristics:
- Effectively removes odors and flavors especially from draft lines or other dispensing products
- Great for both CIP and manual applications
- Not to be used on soft metals such as aluminum
