Pilsner Flash Brewing® Kit The Flash Pilsner is an homage to the classic Pilsner style, with a white, frothy head that laces beautifully on the glass. Its malt blend delivers a smooth malt profile with a subtle sweetness that balances perfectly with the crisp, clean finish. Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops contribute delicate floral and spicy aromas, while Flash Yeast™ ensures a clean fermentation. With Flash Yeast doing the work, this Pilsner can be fermented at a wide temperature range of 65°F to 85°F. For the best clarity and smoothness, lagering is recommended at 40°F. Fermenting at around 70°F, this recipe finishes fermentation more quickly than a standard lager. This easy-drinking, refreshing beer can be ready to enjoy in just a few days. For the best clarity and smoothness, storing cold (lagering) for a couple weeks is recommended.
