Hull Melon hops are a German hop known for their bold and unique flavor. This “flavor hop” was bred as a daughter of Cascade hops at the Hull Hop Institute and released in 2012. Its strong fruity character of melon, strawberry, and apricot are most prevalent when utilized in the dry hopping stage of your brew. Its unique fruit flavor lends well to a variety of styles such as Belgian Ales, Hefeweizens, as well as seasonal summer brews.
