Description
Idaho #7 hops are known for their piney, tropical, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and floral flavors and aromas. These hops are typically used as an Aroma/Flavor hop with high alpha acid levels and average cohumulone content. The high oil content and soft pelletizing process also makes it ideal for dry hopping and whirlpooling. Its strong hop character makes it ideal for IPAs, APAs and any other hop forward beer.
