Oregon Blueberry Puree is full of flavor with sweet berries, tangy blueberry skin, earth, and jammy sugars. In appearance, this puree is a deep shade of blue-purple and offers a lushly smooth mouthfeel. The nose brings fruity aromas laced with fresh sweetness. This puree is not for the faint of heart.

Use: Great for Beer, Wine, Mead

Mix: Sanitize can and direct pitch (no boiling necessary) 1 – 2 cans per 5 gallons. Typically used in secondary fermentation.
1 can will promote slight flavor
2 cans will produce stronger fruit flavor
