Oregon Fruit Strawberry Puree is made from ripened, washed and sorted Northwest strawberries. The strawberries are harvested in early to mid June and contains no preservatives and no additives.

This 3lb 1oz can of puree is consistently rich in texture, with floral and fresh sweet aromas. On the palate, strawberry offers bright acidity softened by a light sweetness.

The real fruit color, aroma, and flavor adds complexity to beer, cider, mead, wine, kombucha, seltzer, smoothies, and spirits.

Use one to two cans per 5-gallon batch of beer or mead. One can will give a slight flavor while two cans will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. Because the product is sterile you can add directly to your fermenter for maximum flavor. There is no need to boil the puree. This product can also be used to make excellent fruit wines.
