Proximity Pale Chocolate is a light-roasted specialty malt and is lighter in color and more mild in taste than other chocolate malts. Pale Chocolate flavors include mild coffee notes and milk chocolate. This malt is characteristically roasted and bitter. Often used in Milds, Bitters, Stouts, and Porters.
