Our Russian Imperial Stout is a dark, full-bodied stout with an intense roast flavor with a big malt influence. The hop bitterness is offset by a touch of sweetness from that big malt character. This beer will get better as it matures. Maybe consider adding some oak to secondary! This kit doesn’t include any oak, but we’ve got plenty of oak choices that can be viewed by clicking here.
