Description
In placement of whirlfloc tablets, KICK Carrageenan™ Micro-T is a newly developed fining tablet designed to improve flocculation and clarity in the kettle. KICK is more powerful than generic Irish Moss and calibrated so that each tablet treats 5 gallons of wort and is the most effective at binding haze-forming proteins and other small particles in beer wort.
Instructions: Add 1 quick dissolving tablet per 5 gallons of wort 5 minutes prior to the end of the boil.
Active ingredient: Kappa Carrageenan (high molecular weight polysaccharide derived from red seaweed)
