“No-Rinse” sanitizers are probably the most important and needed items in a brewer’s inventory. Sanitizers prevent contamination by killing microbes and bacteria. Your equipment can be sanitized with two minutes of contact time with sanitizer.
Note: One Step is considered a cleaner and not a sanitizer by the FDA; however, One Step releases peroxide gas once wet and for brewing purposes, it works well as a sanitizer.
